If you're a complete beginner registering, you'll be graded within 48 hours, after which you can explore group lesson options and book Private Lead Rein lessons. If you already know how to ride, you'll need to book a private assessment lesson before being graded. To schedule an assessment, simply find a private slot that works for you and book it in the system—it will automatically be recognized as an assessment lesson. Hat and body protectors are available for hire and can be added to your booking.
All riders need to wear approved hats, and anyone under 18 must have a body protector. Gloves are required, along with heeled footwear like boots (trainers are not permitted).
